1. SPELL BEE

St. Xavier's High School, GNW, hosts the Spell Bee competition for all students from Grades 1 to XII each year. This event tests lexical ability and involves four rounds: Elimination, Team Challenge, Knockout Round, and the Final Round. Students tackle 100 challenging words, along with engaging language activities. The winners are duly acknowledged and applauded from each grade.

2. PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

St. Xavier’s High School Greater Noida West focuses on holistic development by blending academics with a specially curated Personality Development Program for all grades. The emphasis is on social & emotional intelligence, goal-setting, leadership, and communication.

3. INTERACT CLUB

Kartavya, the Interact Club, is an active student-led organization in our school, affiliated with the Rotary Club. It provides students with opportunities to develop leadership skills, teamwork, and a sense of social responsibility through community service, awareness drives, environmental initiatives, and volunteer work. Members learn to make a positive impact in society and are encouraged to become responsible citizens and confident leaders of tomorrow.

4. OLYMPIADS

• SOF – The SOF enriches analytical and problem-solving skills and builds confidence among students. All activities of the Foundation aim at making learning an interesting and interactive process, where learners can test their skills, memory, talent, and knowledge.
• Silverzone – The programs are designed to provide students with a challenging and stimulating learning experience. These exams are based on the latest educational standards and test a student’s knowledge, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
• OGO – A scientifically designed diagnostic exam to identify the academic strengths and weaknesses of students. It is a comprehensive, skill-based competitive exam that develops competitive spirit and encourages students to achieve higher learning goals.
• Hindi Olympiad – To nurture the love of Hindi, our mother tongue, students are encouraged to participate in the International Hindi Olympiad & Amrit Kumbh Samman as per the new National Education Policy 2020 & NCF 2023 developed by NCERT.

5. SCOUTS AND GUIDES

Scouts and Guides is a youth organization that empowers children to develop essential life skills, build character, and foster community service. Students of SXHS participated in the Bharat Scouts and Guides third-level National Camp and Skill Competition in 2025, where they competed at various levels and won prizes.

6. EDUCATIONAL TRIPS

Educational trips are an essential part of holistic learning, offering students practical experiences beyond the classroom. These trips enhance understanding by connecting theoretical knowledge to real-world settings. Visits to museums, science centers, historical sites, factories, or nature reserves help spark curiosity and encourage inquiry-based learning. They also promote social skills, teamwork, and independence as students interact with peers and the environment in new ways. Xaverians have visited the National Science Centre, The Mother Dairy Plant, The Coca-Cola Factory, Roto Pumps Factory, RED FM, Waste to Wonders Park, Adventure Park, and many other places.

7. OUTBOUND EXCURSION

The outbound trip is an integral part of our experiential learning programme, designed to extend education beyond the classroom walls. These trips offer students opportunities to explore new environments, develop life skills, and strengthen teamwork and independence. Through a carefully planned itinerary, students learn experientially. Involvement in CSR activities teaches students the value of cooperation, adaptability, and leadership while appreciating nature and cultural diversity.

8. PEER MENTORING

The Peer Mentoring Programme aims to foster a culture of empathy, leadership, and mutual support within the school community. Selected students are trained to serve as mentors, guiding their peers academically, socially, and emotionally. Through regular interactions and collaborative activities, mentors help younger students adjust to school life, build confidence, and develop problem-solving skills. This initiative not only strengthens bonds among students but also promotes responsibility, respect, and teamwork.

9. WELLNESS BOOSTER

Our school’s Wellness Programme focuses on nurturing the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of every student. Through structured wellness classes, students engage in activities that promote mindfulness, self-awareness, and healthy lifestyle choices. The sessions include yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, and discussions on topics such as emotional regulation, resilience, nutrition, and digital well-being—essential skills for lifelong happiness and success.

10. WORK EXPERIENCE (WORK EX)

Our Work Experience Programme bridges the gap between classroom learning and the real world. Students get hands-on exposure to different careers, helping them connect their studies with practical applications. From observing professionals in action to taking on small tasks and responsibilities, students gain insights and life skills. The experience often inspires them to set clearer goals for their future and appreciate the value of dedication and hard work.

11. PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (FOR CLASSES 6TH–11TH)

The Personality Development Program was conducted for students of Class 6 to 11 at our school. These workshop sessions were designed to help young minds build confidence, enhance communication & presentation skills, boost self-esteem, and foster a positive attitude.
