ADMISSION GUIDELINES

• Admissions are open at St. Xavier’s High School, GNW for Nursery to Grade XII.
• Registration can be done online on the school website or in person in the school premises.
• Only a registered child will be eligible for admission.
• For senior classes the child has to come for the written test.
• The school will be contacting the parents to invite them for a short interaction. We recommend both the parents to be available for the meeting.
• If selected for admission, the admission formalities must be completed on the same day.
• Based on the assessment and other criteria, the school reserves the right to offer or refuse admission without assigning any reason.
• The Management reserves the right to modify, alter or include any other terms and conditions that may be deemed fit in the interest of the institution.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

• Original school leaving certificate.
• Attested photocopy of the report card of previous class (if required).
• 6 Passport size photographs of the child.
• 2 Passport size photographs of each parent.
• 2 Passport size photographs of parents / attendant responsible for collecting the child.
• Original date of birth certificate with one photocopy.
• Original proof of residence with one photocopy.
• Photo ID proof of the parents.
• Cheque / UPI for fees – as per fee schedule.
• Any other document informed / required by School.

GENERAL INFORMATION

School Timings :

• Nursery – 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• Grades I to XII - 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The admissions are done on the basis of availability of seat in a particular class. For Grades II - XII, the child should have passed the previous class from a recognized school affiliated to CBSE/ICSE or Other Boards.

The Admission Process to be followed for Classes I to XII will be as follows
	Step 1: Fill up the enquiry form.
	Step 2: Introduction to Xavier's by admission counselor.
	Step 3: Registration- Parents / Guardians can fill the registration form online . Once form is filled, admission counselor will schedule the test/ interaction of student.
	Step 4: Written test (Applicable for Grade III to X) and interaction with the Principal /HM.
	Step 5: Deposit the Fee

Important Points:

• If the child is not able to clear the test/ interaction, no admission will be granted.
• Admission to a particular class is subject to the academic assessment and past academic record.
• Only transfer cases are entertained for admission to Grade X.
• Fee has to be deposited within 7 days of approval of admission.
