Payment & Fee Policy

• Payment should be made either through Online Banking/ Cheque/ Card Swipe.
• No cash will be accepted.
• Fee must be paid on quarterly basis. Last Date to submit the fee is the 10th of the first calendar month of each quarter. (April/July/October/January)
• Late Fee will be accepted with a fine of Rs. 25/- per day applicable from 11th of the first calendar month of each quarter.
• In case the cheque is not honoured, a bounce charge of Rs 250/- will be payable by the parent.
• If the fee is not deposited within 30 days of the stipulated date, the child’s name may be struck off from the school rolls.
• In case of withdrawal, a notice of one clear calendar month must be given in writing or else the fee for one month will be charged. Refer to the school Almanac for details.
• Sibling waiver is valid till both the children are enrolled with St. Xavier's High School, GNW.
